Basically I have accidentally cleared my old hard drive therefore losing all my money and vehicles however, my online level is still there. All I need to know is if there is a way to reset my horizon online level so I can get rewards again or to somehow restore my stuff through live!! Really stuck on this one any help or even ideas I’m up for trying anything got nothing to lose!

You didn’t delete anything, you just opened it up to be overwritten upon. Plug your hard drive into your PC and then use a file restore program or file explorer for deleted data to search for what you want.
I’m not the best with tech I formatted it not just deleted it not sure if they are the same? So can I somehow do what you said even though I’ve formatted it? Sorry I wasn’t clear enough
