Diamond Membership Paid, but still Standard Member?

I used PayPal to Pay for Diamond Membership for COD Ghost and I did not get no email or nothing stating I am a Diamond Member…
So now I am out $4.99 and can’t do anything about it no Customer Service to call Nothing.
What is going on am I ever going to get what I paid for???

There is an ongoing issue between HorizonMB and FastSpring at the moment.
