I bought the one month subscription but it still says I’m no member I got the checkout email

If you received a confirmation email informing you that your payment was accepted, all I can do is recommend that you wait patiently for your Diamond status to appear.

I’d give it at least 12 hours. If it still doesn’t appear after 12 hours, I would then recommend opening up a new topic within the “Diamond Subscription Support” or “Ask Staff” section, making sure to include your order ID and email address used at the checkout page.

Try logging out of the tool and then log back in.
