If you are looking for free games from Horizon you wont get them. The game adder adds in the games GPD so it looks like you played them and can unlock achievements for it.
is too hard to use dont know how too install the games on my usb
You don’t download games with Horizon and put them on your usb drive. The main purpose of Horizon is to mod your game saves and profile. There are some DRM free arcade games and DLC files that you can download elsewhere and add using Horizon but you can’t just add any game you want.
