whenever i resign and rehash this save and try to load it . it says theres missing content and freezes. what do i do?

i having issue with 2 quest the main quest and then the civil war i didnt enter the house i enter white run 2 and i was given the option to change my character 2 so where down the line its bug on both so i use it on the pc version gotten the main quest working but the civil war is glitching
I have the Dovakiin save where it doesnt have Dragonborn dlc and the other modded save where it has everything dovahgolt but it slow. Any help.
