couldn’t install infinity i downloaded it said that files couldn’t be downloaded when i tured off my anti-virus and internet was on anything i can do?

BTW i am on my second gaming laptop and for some reason i can’t install it on this one on the other one i installed infinity btw amazing app about a year ago with no problems help please

Which antivirus are you using?

avst premier and iobit malware fighter pro but i turned both of the off and they didn’t intercalate with the download before either or on my other laptop

and i tried again it got to 99 then stopped
