So every time I download it from the site, i just get a pinned internet link that leads me back to downloading the same link over and over again and it never actually does anything

the pinned website the OP is talking about happened to me also and it did say that the site was harmful and my anti virus stopped something from that site
I can get the file past chrome, but AVG 2015/Zen blocks it when I try to run the installer, any ideas?
