I have downloaded the file but at the end on installation it stops and doesn’t do anything. All it said was, “Installing…” I waited 12 hours and still nothing has happened.
It probably got stuck installing the .NET Framework. Try installing that first from here:

okay I figured that part out but now I get the error code and avg is diabled
