Downloading skins?

Ok, i want to download a Dipper skin from this one site (link it later), but i’ve heard you can download skins but how? Also, i might want to get a Stanford/Author skin as well.

So, this skin is on this one site but i’m not quite sure if that site allows me to do this. And, i know that this stuff will not be Microsoft property, so what are the chances of getting banned?

No, those are for pc. You will either have to buy skins from the marketplace or get a jtag/rgh.
