I may be wrong but the saves might be encrypted…
I here that an editor is being worked on by a group of modders from XPG they’ve done great editors in the past. Guess we’ll all have to be patient until they release it
As of right Horizon doesn’t offer a Dragon Age: Inquisition as of right now. I do not currently know if there will be an update for Horizon that will add a mod tool for the game either.
