i really dont want to have to start from the beginning again but if there was an increase movement speed like with DQ3 it wouldnt be so bad leaving any item cheats turned off

There is an increase movement speed. You just hold B when walking. You can also turn the battle speed WAY up (thank goodness), and you can hold Y to fast forward/skip cutscenes. On an XSX controller anyway. Not sure of the keyboard equivalent.

I can put in a fix for Infinite items that should fix things. It is currently optional as a Precision mod. I did not realize Infinite item only caused issues. I can use items and the keys just fine but I have the precision mod on as well.

yeah but i mean in dq 3 there was a set movement speed multiplier that could have you moving twice as fast 3 times as fast and even ten times as fast

Unlimited Items now defaults to not having transfers between bags be unlimited. I have no issues using items when it works like this.

So I may be stupid - but I am unable to get the gold editor cheat to work. What does āView main menu firstā mean? I have tried a few different things that might match that description, but I havent been able to get it to work. Thanks for any help and all your work on this!

Itās just the menu where you see your gold and input other commands on world map. Gold Multipliers affect any changes you do, so keep those at 1 if you just want to edit gold.

Ok, I got it. Apparently, it needs to be done on the world map; I was trying to do it in a town and it just would not work. As soon as I went out into the world map, it worked perfectly. Thanks again!

Nice!! I have already beaten both games.
I would like to request that I can purchase any item I want (this was done on DQ3). I would like to start the game with the final key so I can grab everything the first time through.
It would be awesome to have the option of adding every item to the game so I can build a nice spreadsheet and/or list of all items and what their stats are. There are a few items from previous games that I know are in this one somewhere, but just havenāt dropped/found yet. An accessory to replenish MP slowly (Goddess Ring, I think)

Thank you so much for updating the mod to turn off random battles. Iām at the end of the game and have long passed the need to grind, this makes the game so much better.

The EXP multiplier works on my end. It doesnāt change the display value, but it does multiply. If you set it to a high number like 100, you gain levels fast with it.
