The Unlimited Gold cheat, while it makes the gold look like it’s going up, it doesn’t actually register in the game that it’s there, it only registers the gold you’ve collected thus far in the game. I’ve tried selling stuff, buying, and other things to try and trigger it into registering but it doesn’t work so far other than looking like it’s there when it’s not.
