Once you unlocked the green haired and the white haired girl + unlocked the battle ship.
I could provide you a save game if you tell me where I can find it since the folders are a bit messed up from the game itself hehe.

Its kinda early but still requires a specific chapter

You find both NPC’s on the ship, one in the spa and the other one is in a medical looking area

Hello, can we get a trainer for the Microsoft Store or Game Pass?

You will probably have to add the custom exe for the Gamepass version and see if it works. I think this requires you to install it to a non-default folder and drag the executable over to Wand.
