Hey guys i want too request a custom save if you could make it :worried:

*If possible, please try too make it start at the character creation.

All Perks Unlocked
All Skills Leveled
All Shouts ( You may include Dawnguard/Dragonborn shouts if you want ).
Nothing Else!

You’ll have better chances if you provide a save, and the codes needed for what you want. Otherwise people will be highly likely to laugh as what your asking would take a lot of work for people who do this for free.
