What is your antivirus ? I think it’s still blocking the download

is Kaspersky

You will likely need to white list WeMod with Kaspersky. Here’s a KB article with steps how to do that for your reference: https://support.kaspersky.com/11444. The folder/.exe files you want to white list are located here: C:\Users\YOURUSER\AppData\Local\WeMod.

Let me know if this works!

not helped ;(

Are you restarting your PC when you try these ideas ?
If its failing to download something is blocking it somehow still
That is usually the main reason downloads fail cuz of AV
Delete AV , restart PC , and try this one again

not helped. this error not AV?

After everything you’ve tried thus far, this does not seem like an issue with AV.

Next thing to do is end any WeMod processes in task manager (Ctrl + SHIFT + ESC) then try running WeMod with administrator rights. Right click the desktop icon and choose ‘Run as administrator’.

@User_N4m3 that works. Opened up task manager and for some reason had three instances of the app running. Ending them and running the app as admin solved it.
