Error: "Failed to connect to the server!"

I installed it before (uninstalled) and after I closed down my firewall and I have no active Anti-Virus. Installing Horizon, launching as administrator and I then received that error. Also received “Horizon has stopped working” after pressing “Ok”.

I run on Windows 10.
I want anyone to see if my installation is actual complete without missing any files? (image01)
I do appreciate any help from little thoughts till whole solution of this topic.
Is there anything more information you need to know about my computer? Let me then know what else you need to know.

I’ve just read whole comments of this topic. Eventually their problem was fixed by uninstalling Avast. “It was Avast that was doing it, it was updated on January 13, 2011 to version 5.1.889.

Therefore have I followed this steps, I uninstalled all Anti-virus… Turned off UAC and my firewall. Restarted my computer. Re-installed Horizon and start up as administrator. Task Manager on the side. I still receive “Failed to connect…” and also receive “Horizon has stopped working”.

On task manager when I receive “Horizon has stopped working”, .net framework opens up. So I check how many and what versions framework I have in files.

I’ve contacted the staff. Unfortunately Horizon cannot be launched in all computers. From the 90’s till perhaps 1mil$ computer. I advise not to struggle about this too much and try it in another computer if you can. If not, give up until you got a new computer.

There is nothing we can do about this. The issue is on your end and there is no way for us to tell you what it is. I suggest using another computer if it is available.
