I was trying to download the latest update for WeMod and my Norton Antivirus quarantined it, despite it being on my exceptions list, and now I cannot even install it. I have even tried to download and install it manually and run into the same issue. Nearest I can tell, Norton quarantined the entire WeMod file but can now no longer delete it, and the install program is detecting that there is a current version of WeMod installed that it cannot delete. Any help you can offer would be appreciated.

The exact same thing happened to me yesterday. WeMod got quarantined by Norton despite having it on as an exception, and now I can’t install it.

same i have used this for years with norton and next thing you know some how wemod got deleted from my pc idk how so i went to get it back and norton blocked it i unblocked it and let it past my fire wall and everything and got the same pop up if any one finds a fix id love to know how

Try this post for help: Can't start Wemod - #29 by blobosa. Finally worked today. Not sure what changed, but was able to download/reinstall.
