Visual Styles-related operation resulted in an error

Type Contrast mode into the start menu. I had this error for a while and tried everything suggested, nothing worked. Then I installed a Windows Update for .NET Framework and everything works sweet. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4486553/march-1-2019-kb4486553 For anyone having this issue try installing that then restarting your computer.
