Until they update you can add Console mode, simply by adding -debug_mode next to eu5.exe if you have a shortcut. Will look like this eu5.exeā -debug_mode

It seems max unit HP no longer helps us raise our population? Is it possible we can get a mod for increasing population now that we donāt have that?
Could we maybe get an antagonism reset cheat?
I think units:infinite HP does not work. My army keep losing the battle
I just set the prestige to ridiculus levels to get a high antagonism change modifier and reset it back after some months

A console toggle without breaking achievements would be great.
An option to let us use mods with achievements would be great. Should just need to lock in the checksum for whatever the current version is.

True, Unit HP doesnt work
Also, Enemy (AI) Unit options : Drain HP / Drain morale decreased MY unit numbers to 1 and I lost a big war in 1 second 
Please update War related options, I like going to war with 100 Men and defeat a 10,000 Army ^^
