For both the Manpower and Sailors cheats, no regulars are being reinforced.

So if I have the manpower cheat set to 10,000 and have an army of regulars that need to reinforce 3000, they never reinforce because the 10,000 does not change. The same applies to sailors.

When you update this mod some time, please could you add Ironman console commands pls.

Please add in population cheats (Maybe let us increase a province’s population by a certain amount when it is selected)
