When I unlocked all skills one was left out and its the one that makes you have more will/mana and its really making me a problem since beside that every time I walk into that green thingy for upgrading my whole game crashes (literally just closes) how can I fix it or is it. Also when I run game without using this launcher it also crashes so Idk what to do I really need that stat

Considering the game crashes whether you use the trainer or not, it is unlikely to be the trainer causing your issue.

Make sure your PC meets the game’s required specs to run it smoothly.

Turn all your graphics settings down lower and make sure you don’t have any unnecessary programs running in the background while gaming.

Make sure your drivers are up to date, especially the GPU.

Verify the integrity of the game files in case something got corrupted. ( Verify Integrity of Game Files - Steam Support).

If your game is cracked, buy it legitimately. Cracked games will have issues because the crackers screwed around with the files too much (and they likely installed either malware, adware, spyware or a crypto miner on your computer).
Im actually haveing the same issue i play fable from steam and every time i restart from the start i always crash when he tells you to enter the green area and the only cheat ill have enabled at the moment would be the money cheat
currently uninstaling and reinstaling fable ann. to see if that was the issue (its probably not) and i checked for virus and malware via virus protector
