Ive disabled my firewall ran as a admin and I’m running the newest version.
I’m getting frustrated about this since I’ve followed a lot of the other guidelines and tips please help.
If you haven’t already, check your connection, reinstall that program, and make sure your computer isn’t running on an old system. I had a problem with not getting it to run, so I tried these things and it worked again just fine. If these don’t work ask for more help and someone will help. 
Thanks for helping but I’ve troubleshot it and it still hasn’t been working, And my connection when it stopped working I thought that it was that because I always run it in online, I’ve reinstalled it multiple times. Thanks for trying to help
