Have a functioning internet connection (this reply?), it’s running as admin and even an exception in the av. before the update it wasn’t a problem to run your good trainer, but now it doesn’t have any intention to work 
Whitelist these 2 EXE’s
C:\Users\YOURPCUSERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\WeMod\YOURCURRENTWEMODVERSION\resources\app.asar.unpacked\static\unpacked\auxiliary\WeModAuxiliaryService.exe
C:\Users\YOURPCUSERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\WeMod\Update.exe
Some AV’s will leave WeMod alone until it updates and then they freak out
