Failing to Connect to Server

Sooo, just this week, my horizon wont load up. i cant even make it open up. It just shows an error message saying “Failed to Connect to Server” and then it says “Horizon has Stopped working” then it just closes itself completely.

Heres my Settings:
AV:
Avira
Type:
Windows 10

Please help me!

I would disable your internet connection. That has worked before.
