Well, i’ve been playing this game for a while, and i was wondering if there is any game save edit for those games? If not, please, could someone work on it?

There is a similar editor on Horizon, the Oblivion one.
Just download the PC version of the game, its updates, and DLC, then run it, and don’t worry about the lag as it can do that if you are only using it as a mod tool.
No modding tool has ever been able to compete with the console commands within each Bethesda game and it is the same way to convert all Bethesda game saves to the PC and then back to the Xbox.

Back when Fallout 3 and New Vegas came out, Modio and Horizon could mod, I modded the **** out of fall out and black ops zombies. I dont know why they are taken off. I am not happy about it. I used this programs before.

Good for you.
Doesn’t change a thing, as using the game’s console has always, and will always, be better and easier than any tool.
If you need a Save Editor then i can provide one but you’ll still need horizon for the extraction and injection.
