Hi guy i’ve been aggressively searching the web for a decent modding tool for New Vegas. I found one but after rehashing and everything my character just falls to the ground. Is there a mod out there that doesn’t cripple under pressure? One that actually lets me mod till my hearts content??
p.s My modding skills are weaker than a 4 year old. Please be gentle.
