我也遇到同样的问题。
The problem is with the F2 function. It breaks the resident’s counter and they become inactive, walking around with their bags. There is nothing you can do about this, as it’s a single-use save.

Thanks, that´s it. I just ignore the cheats with F2.
What does F2 mean, like wich mods is it that breaks it?
everything works perfectly, but it doesnt count the people in the shelter, it stay at 0

enable cheat its starts a new game and crash
EDIT: the soloution was to repoint the game exe
“Max stats” does not give max stats, it gives 99 to every stat. Max is 10… making it 99 kinda brakes the game, and there’s no going back. Please fix.
Hey so… I noticed some cheats missing from the last time I played.
Caps, Quantum, Lunchboxes, etc… the cheats for those are just gone.
