FATXplorer v2.0 - Data Recovery Build

Accidentally delete your game saves? FATXplorer may be able to help!

Click here to go to the FATXplorer website.

You have to pay for it? Thanks but no thanks I’ll stick with Xplorer360 and such lol

Did you read the announcement? It is a free trial. 7 days is more than enough for you to recover your data.

True but I like to have programs just sitting on my PC taking up space until I need them, not the other way around lol

Xplorer360 can’t recover lost data.
Eaton’s program apparently can.

Personally, I still wouldn’t pay for this though. Just my opinion.

Ha, ok, don’t worry about this then. This is mainly for those who just deleted their entire game history and want it back ASAP.

If only this would work for hard drive that have died. Well it is kinda to late for that, I burned my old hard drive cause nothing was working.

Did you get the data back when you started it on fire?

Eaton its an nice idea but I really don’t think people are going to pay 30 to 40 dollars for it. I personally would lower it down to 10 - 20 dollars.

Honestly you made one hell of a program, and it does look nice. :sunglasses:

1.2 and this aren’t too much to look at right now. I didn’t post this to increase my sales and advertise, I am posting this to help people. People can use the feature I posted this for free of any charges.

Thanks for the feedback, though.:slight_smile:

i <3 ur fatx viewer
is 2.0 out like proper

Not yet, patience, my friend.:wink:
This is just a sampling of a feature that was heavily demanded from me.

I found a bug, I just pressed trial…it loaded and I get this.

Error Code:

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging=“true” />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

After I press continue though, the program loads fine.

I fixed that a while ago. It was because I displayed a trial alert message too early.
The messages now appear a lot less frequently as well so it doesn’t annoy the living daylights out of you.

Thanks for the report, though.

I’ll post this other bug too, when I click my USB as a device to explore I get this error.

Fixed that too. ;p

But uh, try opening it manually with Open Data Directory. That may work.

Yeah, the alphas had an IO problem with USB devices. But it DOES work in the the newer builds!

There will be a RC build released for testing when everything is nice and stable. It will work then lol.

Probably the best HDD/USB Memory Management Utility to date.
Great job on the program and keep up the good work :smiley:

Best Xbox 360 Device tool ever.
