File Error when opening profile on desktop with Diamond Tool

Welcome,

I can’t open my profile on the USB storage with the Achievement Unlocker Diamond Tool. I’m able to open the storage device with Horizon and extract the profile to the desktop.

This is the message inside the small dialogue box:

“Index was outside the area. It must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
Parameter name: startIndex”

(Translated from Norwegian to English).

How can I solve this problem?

If there is no solution, then Horizon is meaningless to use, and the Diamond subscription will be aborted.

Try redownloading/copying your profile.

Norwegian:

Forsøk å laste ned / kopiering av profilen din.

I deleted my profile from storage device and did redownload it from Xbox Live. This did work perfectly, I can now access my profile with Horizon Diamond tools.
