I know this is an old game and support probably is discontinued, but I found a really weird bug, with such an incredibly simple work-around that I doubt anyone will ever even try to fix it. But Iā€™ll post about it in case anyone runs into it and looks here to see if it was addressed.

The bug is that the ā€œPower Sourceā€ item (used to raise strength) cannot be used on the girl main character (I renamed her something too rude to post here and forget her given name) when Wemod is running, but the workaround is just to turn off Wemod, use the items, and turn it back on.

I have a lot of suggestions for new mods, but in my experience here old games simply do not get any attention (even if the banner saying they are no longer supported is not present) so Iā€™ll just mention 2 big ones and see what happens:

Iā€™d love some cheats for the casino area (anything from easier to get GP to a way to simplify betting on Chocobo Races on Disc 1). I think the easiest one to code would be to allow the guy who sells GP just always be present (as it is he only shows in randomly, and only late in the game - if he were there early on it would be great!).

And if anyone ever looks at this, slowing the wheels on those ā€œSlotsā€ things (pretty girlā€™s attacks and the Catā€™s attacks and I think thereā€™s more too) would be nice.

Thanks for the work already done on this. It makes playing it again after all these years without having to grind for levels a lot more enjoyable!

Lacking: EXP+ and AP+ would greatly help reduce the amount of grinding needed

Just wondering why there is no unlimited AP or an option to set AP limit for Final Fantasy VII the original. There is an option for Final Fantasy VII remake intergrade.

tbh removing the exp cheat codes is way over off bad if your going try like playing the new threat mod it will make things alot easiler for that mod game so ya whoever the crreator is this needs to be done promto so you can get more subcribers for the game for hte cheat program device ok just sayiannnnnnnnnnn.

the infinite gil code is broken when i use it its turns off after it wont be turn on tab fix this please its anoying when trying to get chocobo racing going

plz update the original ff7 cheat for steam. then using unlimited items, it deletes all accessories and trinkets. the bug appears then you loot any item.

I still cant enable Unlimited HP/MP and One-Hit Kills. It is lined out and wont let me enable it.

Is there something iā€™m missing in order to activate these?

Are you using the latest trainer released today? It is working for me. You have to start up the game though all the way until like the New Game or Continue screen.

It would be fantastic to have an option to add all materia and items in game to inventory. any chance of that for this and the other Final fantasy games?
