This desync error is a known issue with the game which has nothing to do with WeMod. Make sure you are only playing offline and not in multiplayer games with the trainer.
The most common causes of this issue are:
Corrupt files, fixed by verifying the integrity of the game files.
Cracked copy of the game.
Poor internet connection (when trying to play online, which you shouldn’t be doing with the trainer).
This information is found on Google with a quick 10 second search. It occurs to people who do not use the trainer as well.
Fort crashes when trying to activate the trainer, it come up with a box saying Error, would you like to send the details to the developer. That is all it says, then when you click yes or no, it crashes. No error code or anything to identify the error.
