Forza 6 console has startup engine noises - how do they work? Anyone swap 'em in

So one of my best friends is a huge Forza fan. He already had an Xbox One or he’d have bought the special Forza 6 console. The Forza 6 console turns on with engine sounds. Has anyone taken one of these special consoles apart to see what they changed to do this? Or, figured out how to mod a normal console to do this?

I’d love to do this mod for him.
