when i add more than one vehicle to my garage via horizon mod tool, it says “Destination array is not long enough to copy all the items in the collection. Check array and index length” can someone please help? and if it helps, I am using the 360 version of the game, not the X1

It is your save data on a flash drive I believe.
It is the save that is used in the tool. You will need to expand the device explorer then find forza horizon 2. From there extract the forzaprofile and upload it to one of the sites mentioned by unknown.

I messaged unknown v2 and am awaiting a reply. I got diamond for a month and if it runs out before this gets resolved I am demanding my money back. I have wanted to unlock these traffic cars since the friggen game was released and now I am so close to having them and apparently horizon is having some kind of glitch. Banging my head off the wall over here until I hear from unknown v2
