Forza Horizon Livery Tool

I’m trying to mod Forza Horizon.
When I try to drag my CarSetup file into the Forza Horizon Livery Editor, I get the following message:
Not A Valid Gamesave
The selected file is not a valid gamesave for this editor!

I don’t know either. Mine says… “Failed to load any liveries. Try a differnt type.”
