Game Maps not loading Smartphone or Tablet

Hello,

I’m using the Wemod app (Android), but when I try to open the game maps on my tablet, it doesn’t work; the maps won’t load. I’ve also tried it on a smartphone, but that didn’t work either. Is there a solution?

Hi Tom! Thank you for reporting this. We’d like to investigate further. To help us troubleshoot, could you please answer the following questions?

  1. What type of device are you using? (iOS or Android OS version and model, if possible)
  2. What version and release channel (beta or stable) of the WeMod app are you using? You can find this information in the WeMod app settings.
  3. Are you connected to Wi-Fi, mobile data, or a hotspot?
  4. Are you using any kind of VPN?

  2. Samsung Galaxy S20+ and Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE
  3. Wi-Fi
  4. No VPN
  5. WeMod Pro Remote App current version

Can you please check the WeMod app on PC to see if it is in a stable or beta version?

Hi again! I’ve heard back from the team—it will be resolved in the next WeMod app update. There’s no exact ETA yet, but they’re working to get it fixed as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience!
