Does anyone know how to mod achievements and get them to upload to the Xbox servers with a games for windows game?
I know how to mod achievement just need to know how to get them to work for pc games.
I asked the same thing, and even PM’d Cheater. He said it just wasn’t possible because they both sync differently. Sorry man. Hopefully one day someone finds a way.
Sadly you can’t mod games for Windows, like jhitman said they both sync differently. Also to be able to mod Windows games how will you exactly move the GPD to a USB? Maybe in the mere future the developers will work on making a individual modding tool for Windows games, but until then there is no way to mod Windows games with Horizon.
