Is there any way I can run the WeMod app while playing through Geforce Now? I only have access to a Mac right now, so this has been the only way to keep gaming

It is not possible to support any streaming service. Since the game is being ran on another PC and only the graphics are being streamed we are unable to access the RAM which is required.

Agreed. 
A trainer works by altering/injecting memory address values in the RAM of the PC the game is installed on. Since Geforce Now games are played over the cloud there are no physical memory addresses for the game in your PC’s RAM that the trainer can inject into.
If you want to use a trainer you’ll have to purchase and download the entire game onto your PC’s physical memory and play it from your own PC.
