Hello and welcome to WeMod. 
Technically the file is already called GRB_BE.exe - you just can’t see the “.exe” part because your PC is set to hide file extensions.
If you click “View” on the toolbar then check the box “File Name Extensions”, the “.exe” will appear for you.
Otherwise, just adding .bak on the end will be fine.
