This is a GREAT deal.
Recently Microsoft made it a requirement that device drivers must be signed with an extended validation certificate in order for Windows 10 to load it.
The price is outrageous, yikes (Symantec price):
If you have a Microsoft sysdev account you’re able to buy them for 50% off on Digicert.
Or a class 3 for only
Only problem is in order to have an account, you are REQUIRED to have a business registered with them, and a signed winqual.exe file with a valid root certificate chain that’s submitted to Microsoft.
Cheater stop paying for that Verisign
