Since I’m new I don’t know if there’s any Skyrim mods on horizon

Welcome to the site! No, there isnt any skyrim save editor included in horizon as skyrim is way too complex. Post your save along with a list of what you want edited (level, gold, etc) so I or anyone else with the pc version can mod it for you using console commands.
Edit: Forgot to mention that im on vacation so i cant access my pc for another 2-3 days.
