Having some problems with Horizon atm. Whenever I run the program normally my HDD doesn’t show up and I can drag and drop items, but when I run as administrator my HDD shows up but I can’t drag and drop items.
I’ve tried disabling UAC but that didn’t. I’m on Win10 if that makes any difference.
Open task manager, then proceed to the details tab and find explorer.exe and end it.
Click file run new task and type explorer.exe ensuring that you have run as admin checked
Try drag and drop again.
This happens to me with every application I run as Administrator on every version of Windows since Vista. It must have something to do with the source program (explorer) running as a normal user and trying to access a program running as Administrator.
Does anybody know a workaround?
