Hellgate London 2018 +problems

Hi Support, To be Honest I have been given the run around over the Trainer Hellgate London 2018, I have checked the Trainer Que Hellgate London 2018 is not even on the small list for Trainers to be updated, I have Messaged Frank about 3 time ( Frank has been great in the past) Not had any reply from Frank, also MrAntiFun never replies to any Messages, RavenFyre has also has been a great help in the past, I do not know what is going on in Wemod something is not right, also a new Trainer has been released today for the game “7 Days to Die” that is not working, I would like to add that my PRO Membership of $59:95 is due on the 14th July 25 I am at a stone wall with Wemod the company was outstanding a couple of month ago it is not fair that a PRO member cannot contact the people that matter, I would point out that Hellgate London 2018 is in my Top 5 games I have been a good customer for Wemod in the past. Please Help me for I am at a loss of what to do.
