My name is Nick, I suppose I could explain to you how Horizon work briefly. So you wanna download the most up-to-date version to make sure it works accordingly, you can find that here: https://www.horizonmb.com/client/v2/latest.php
Now once you install Horizon, any gamesaves/profiles/etc you have on your USB that is plugged into your Xbox 360 will show up in Horizon once you plug your USB into your computer. You can now mod any of the files that are “moddable” on the USB with Horizon.
