I need help. I downloaded this on my iPad for my harvest moon game and it said it was supported but I can’t even get pass the pc code it just brings me to this website… help pleaseeee😩

Trainers are for PC games. Not mobile applications.
Our Harvest Moon: Light of Hope trainer is for the PC version of the game.
There is no way to make trainers work for mobile applications. They are a very different kind of software to PC games.
If you are referring to the WeMod Remote app - you need to be a WeMod Pro user in order to use that to activate cheats in your PC game. The code that you need to enter into the remote is found via the WeMod desktop app when you’re a Pro user.
