If I’m connected to the internet I cannot open horizon but if I disconnect it works, I want to buy horizon diamond but if I can’t use it while I’m connected to the internet there’s no point. Does anyone now a fix so I can be connected & use horizon?
Have you tried running it as Administrator? Not sure if that will help, but I’m sure a member of staff will be along shortly to provide further assistance.

Uninstall Horizon and do a fresh install after downloading it again from the link in my sig at the bottom of this message. You may also need to make an exception for Horizon in your AV and or firewall. Try these and see if they help.

I have deleted it & reinstalled it & when I start it up it shows horizon but then nothing else happens
I have my task manger open when I open horizon & it shows horizon on there for just a second & then it just goes away like it is auto crashing. Is it because I’m on windows 10?
Try right clicking the icon, go to properties, and see if there’s a box that says blocked. Uncheck it, click apply, and run as admin again
I don’t see a box saying blocked, but i am running it as a admin.

Check the security tab for the block thing
its allowed everything
