When i Download Horizon, I can’t open it? I keep getting this Thing from WinRar "! Cannot execute “C:\Users\WILLIA~1\AppData\Local\Temp\Rar$EXa0.433\Horizon-Setup.exe”???

Delete what you downloaded and try downloading it from the Download Horizon button in my sig just below this message.
You might also need to right click on the setup installer, click on properties, look for the Unblock button near the bottom and click it, then click Apply and then Ok. That usually helps if it doesn’t want to install.
