Horizon cannot be opened ! PLS HELP

I installed Horizon and double click the Horizon icon to open Horizon . A green Horizon banner pop out , after awhile the banner disappears and nothing happened

I have the same thing. I tried uninstall&reinstall, didn’t worked. Run as admin too.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling from this link instead: https://www.horizonmb.com/client/v2/Horizon.Setup.v2.8.1.1.exe

Do you have Microsoft Net Framework 3.5 installed?

Nope, when i try to install NET Framework 3.5 it didn’t do anything (like when i launch Horizon) But i have that :
