Horizon - Can't load devices USB - Diamond

Hi guys.

I downloaded the new version Horizon 2.8.1.1. and i can open the program as administrator.
I have already payed for a month Diamond status.
That’s work fine, but when i put my usb pen drive, it can’t load the device.

Appears the message to be sure that i’m running as administrator.

I have already stop the antivirus (MS Essentials) and Firewall.

Can anyone help me?
If necessary i’m open to get help on teamviewer.

Is the device configured to your/a xbox360?

The first thing you need to do is make sure that your flash drive is configured to an Xbox 360 Flash Drive. If it isnt configured as an Xbox 360 Flash Drive, than it will not work with horizon. Also what size is your USB Pen Drive?
