Recently I have been messing with my Horizon and have found a way to Fix horizon not loading at the Logo showing on the screen! Use this Version:http://https://www.horizonmb.com/client/v2/latest.php
1.First find your Horizon Shortcut and Right click on it.
2.Then click on Properties!
3.Navigate to Compatibility on the top tabs
4.You will find a Option where you can run the program in compatibility mode. Click the box to tick it.
5.Scroll down the newly available tab where you can find “Windows NT 4.0 (Service Pack 5)” / “Windows NT 3.5 (Service Pack 4)”
6.Click apply and Exit.
7.Finally run Horizon as Administrator and Watch it work
You may have problems with it being in offline mode. If anyone knows how to fix that please reply!
