V1.2 - Added System Info feature, better detection of .NET version through registry, better warnings.
Regarding the system information tool, in the future those pieces of data will be reported automatically, but now if you create a thread try to include all that information.
After turning off a few security options I was able to use this diagnostics tool but it didn’t help me at all. It went through all the steps and I still can’t use Horizon.
My Operating System: Vista Home Premium (64-Bit) Service Pack 2
My Anti-Virus: Norton and Malware Bytes
My Firewall: Norton
My Installed .NET Versions: 3.5
I’ve tried removing and re-downloading Horizon and the .netframework numerous times and it hasn’t helped.
If anyone could help me, it would be greatly appreciated seeing that I’m paying for something that i can’t use at all.
I had bought the option for a recurring payment to keep my Diamond, idk what happened.
and i keep getting the error that says Horizon has stopped working. i tried running in service pack 2 for xp and service pack 1 for windows server 2003 nothing helps
Try running Horizon as Administrator and disabling Norton and Malware Bytes fully. Doing that will allow an exception for Horizon to run.
Once done, try running Horizon again. If Horizon runs correctly, enable your Anti-Virus again.
That should do the trick.
i did and i still cant get it to work, is ther any way i can use team viewer and have you or anyone help me out? cuz i have been all over this web site trying everything i could and so far iv made no progress.
Very nice, got a nice, simple look, easy to use as well!
I would suggest adding some for the Support Forums, where it posts for you, like the Restriction option. Also when you choose “Horizon won’t load” it automatically downloads .NET Clean up. Me personally would ask if the users want to download… Just an opinion
